  • How do I get my puppy?
We offer several options once your pup is ready to go home. If you're local you can come pick up your new puppy, otherwise we would be happy to deliver your new furbaby if you live within 2 hours of Waukesha County, Wisconsin. We also work with USD licensed pet transportation companies that can deliver your pup by ground or fly your pup on their lap and meet you at your local airport for an extra fee (Transportation costs are the buyers responsibility)
  • What steps should I expect during the adoption process?
We have a 3 step process when matching our pups to the right family. First you would start by filling out an application which you can find on our page. Second, we would set up a time to do a video call so we can meet and you can see our pups in real time (If we do not have a litter at that time, we can still do a video call so you can meet us and we can meet you). Third, we ask all of our applicants to send us a video of their home, but only of the rooms the pup will be allowed in and a quick video of the yard. We do this to ensure that the home is set up properly for a pup. It also helps us to give advice when needed during puppy proofing. If there is a specific pup you are applying for, once the steps are completed, we would ask for a deposit to hold the pup until they are ready for pickup. This shows us a level of seriousness from our buyers and it also ensures you will get that pup you want when they are ready to go.
  • Why do I have to give a deposit?
Our deposits are so we can hold that specific pup for you until they are ready to go home. The deposit goes towards the purchase price of the pup at the time of pickup. Our deposits are non-refundable, but we are very easy to work with. If something were to come up and you were not able to get a pup at that time, we would simply transfer it to a different pup from a different litter when you are ready.
  • How does the wait-list work?
Our wait list is for people that want a pup from a specific pairing or a specific colored pup. To get onto our wait list, you must pay the deposit amount, it also holds your spot to pick. We always get first pick then it goes in order of when deposits were placed. This is non-refundable but goes towards the total purchase price of the pup at pickup. Again, if something were to happen and you could not get a pup from that specific litter, we would move you to the next litter.
  • Are all of your pups the same price?
Our pups are all priced differently based on coat type (standard or fluffy), pedigree, companion, show or breeding prospects.
  • At what age are the pups ready to go to their new homes?
Every litter is different and unique, we try to have them all ready by 8 weeks but sometimes they need just a little extra time. We plan for them to be ready to go by 8 weeks
  • Can I come visit my pup before they're ready to come home?
We know it is a very exciting time waiting to bring home your new family member. We send lots of pupdates with new pics and videos every week if not multiple times a week. We would be more than happy to do video calls so you can see your baby during this time! We stay in constant communication with our new families so you'll never be left wondering how they are.
